Operations Manager
Pacific Theatre
This is a Vancouver based position - it can be hybrid in-office and work-from-home but not remote.
Who You Are
You are a self-motivated, detail-oriented, team player. You love systems, policies, and procedures - LOVE THEM. You like spreadsheets and Google Drive. Quickbooks and and budgets. Problem solving and rolling up your sleeves. You unabashedly put the ADMIN in Arts Administrator - because you know that clear numbers, filed tax forms, and good project management make great theatre happen. In fact, you don’t mind saying that strong operations are an art in themselves. You communicate well. You get that theatre is a team sport - especially when the team is small.
