The Costume Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and operations of the Production Wardrobe Department. This role involves coordinating fittings, managing departmental communications, and assisting with record-keeping and documentation, ensuring the smooth execution of production wardrobe activities. Reporting to the Costume Director (or designate), the Costume Coordinator collaborates with Stage Management, Cutters, Crafts, Wigs, and other production teams to ensure costumes are prepared and maintained to the highest artistic and technical standards. This position also contributes to departmental organization, supports wardrobe staff with administrative and facility needs, and fosters a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
