Call for artists - BILP 2027

Biennale internationale du lin de Portneuf
The 12th edition of the Biennale internationale du lin de Portneuf will take place in Deschambault-Grondines (QC) over the summer of 2027. However, artists from anywhere are eligible to apply. Attendance in Deschambault-Grondines for the installation or the opening is not required.
The Biennale internationale du lin de Portneuf’s organizers are calling for submissions from artists willing to work with flax and/or linen, or to elaborate concepts linked to flax and/or linen. The next biennial event will take place in 2027, in the Portneuf region.
Creators from different fields of practice are welcomed: visual arts, contemporary crafts, media arts (including film and video), etc. It is not necessary to have previous experience working with linen or to have a practice in textile arts to apply.
ARTIST FEE
The BILP offers a fee that complies with the guidelines proposed by the Canadian Artists’ Representation (CARFAC) and the Regroupement des artistes en arts visuels (RAAV).
