Each year, performing artists and their representatives apply to showcase at Pacific Contact, BC Live’s annual showcase conference for the performing arts

We invite artists and artistic companies interested in touring in BC in 2027-2028 or 2028-2029 to apply to showcase at Pacific Contact 2026, happening October 1-3 in Nanaimo. There will be approximately 24 multi-disciplinary 15-minute showcases and 20 Pitch & Performs. Both are selected by the same committee.

We encourage applications from women, black or people of colour, visible minorities, Indigenous Peoples, persons with disabilities, persons of diverse sexual orientation, gender identity or expression (LGBTQ2S+), and others who contribute to diversity.
